capital-G

"Agents of the government should not should not (sic) be doing this," Kinsella said. "The 'capital-G government' did this."
(DEA sued for impersonating woman on Facebook. New York Post. October 7, 2014.)

Superman and Batman each have a new movie coming out in the next year. They battled thugs in the' 30s, crime syndicates in the' 40s, communism in the' 50s, corrupt politicians and inner demons in the intervening decades. They may be ready to fight capital-E evil post-9/11.
(Denver Post. 2005.)

For 700 years he's spent his days forming and stacking cubes of debris as high as skyscrapers, with only his pet cockroach as a companion - the little guy is capital-L lonely.
(Houston Chronicle. 2008.)

Collins Cobuild Dictionary of Idioms

You say, for example, 'Life with a capital L' or 'Art with a capital A' to draw attention to the word 'life' or 'art' and emphasize its significance. You often do this to suggest that someone is taking something too seriously.

You also use this expression to suggest that someone or something is a very good example of the kind of thing mentioned, or has a particular quality to a great extent.
